We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the store, and never sell it.
Who is responsible
Soundcheck (a Funnelr demo), soundcheck.funnelr.shop, is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@soundcheck.example.
What we collect, and why
- When you buy: your email, name, country and billing details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your email and order details so we can give you access and help with your order. We never see your full card number. Basis: performing our contract with you.
- Order emails: we email your order link after purchase, and again if you ask for it. Basis: contract.
- The 10-Minute Hotel Room Workout: if you ask for it, we store your email address, the date, the form you used and your country (estimated from your connection), send it to you, and may occasionally email you about Soundcheck (a Funnelr demo). Every email has an unsubscribe link. Basis: consent.
- Checkout reminder: if you gave us your email for the free gift and then start a checkout on the same device without finishing it, we may send you one reminder. We never email an address that was only typed into the payment form. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Reviews: if you leave a review on your order page, we store your rating, your words, any photos you add (shrunk on your device first, which also removes location data), the name you choose to show, your order reference and your country, and show the rating, words, photos and name on the site once we’ve checked them. Ask us and we’ll take it down. Basis: consent.
- Recent-purchase notices: the site may show short notices like “Someone in Spain just bought…”, using only the product, your country (estimated from your connection) and the time of the order, never your name or email. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Visit statistics: we count visits with cookieless statistics, kept on our own hosting: pages viewed, the site or campaign link you came from, the steps you took towards buying, country and device type. Visits are counted with an anonymous ID that changes every day, so you can’t be followed from one day to the next or across sites. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Courses: if you take a course, we record which lessons you mark as done so you can pick up where you left off. Basis: contract.
- Coaching sessions: when you book a session, we store the time, your answers to the booking questions and whether it took place, and email you a confirmation and a reminder. Basis: contract.
- Community: what you post, comment or like in the community is shown to other members with the display name you choose (never your email). You can edit or delete your posts. Reported posts are reviewed by us. Basis: contract.
- AI assistants: questions you ask our AI assistants, and their answers, are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to produce the reply, and kept in your chat history so you can continue the conversation. We may read conversations to improve the assistant. Don’t share sensitive personal details in them. Basis: contract.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the date, and send you the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link. Basis: consent.
- Events: when you register for an event, we store your name, email and the date, and email you the details, reminders and any replay. Basis: consent.
- Private podcasts: your private feed link is unique to you; we record when it’s used, so we can stop it if it’s shared. Basis: contract.
- Affiliates: if you arrive through a partner’s link, a cookie remembers that partner for a while so they can be credited for a purchase. Partners never see your name or email. If you join as a partner, we store your details and your referral statistics so we can pay you. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Website chat: if you use the chat on our site, we store your messages, the email you give us (if any), the page you were on and your country on our own hosting, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. An AI assistant may answer first: your messages are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to produce its reply. You can ask for a person at any time. A cookie remembers your conversation on this device. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Customer records: we keep a contact record for people who sign up or buy (name, email, country, what they bought and when, and notes we add when we help you), so we can support you and know who our customers are. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Email delivery: for emails we send, we record whether they were delivered, opened or clicked, so we can stop emailing addresses that bounce or don’t want them. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Fraud prevention: Stripe’s script runs at checkout to detect fraud, and may set cookies for that purpose. Basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our own cookies remember your language and, if you signed up, let us link a checkout to your sign-up (for the one reminder above). Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and, if you choose it, its saved-details service (Link).
