Refund Policy

Everything Soundcheck (a Funnelr demo) sells comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t for you, you get your money back. No questions, no forms.

How to get a refund

• Email hello@soundcheck.example within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you paid with (or include it).
• Tell us which order or item, or just say “everything”.
• We refund to your original payment method, usually within one working day. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.

What can be refunded

• Anything you bought: Tour Ready, Jet Lag Reset Plan, Pre-Tour Intensive, Pre-Tour Call and Road Survival Kit.
• Add-ons on their own. Items added at checkout or with a one-click offer after checkout can be refunded individually, without refunding the rest of your order.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases: always, even after 14 days. Just tell us.
• Access that doesn’t work: if you can’t get in or something doesn’t load, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Memberships, subscriptions and payment plans

• Free trials cost nothing if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, the first payment is taken.
• Cancel any time from the billing link on your order page or in your members area. Cancelling stops future payments; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Your first payment is covered by the 14-day guarantee. Later renewals aren’t refunded once the period has started, unless something went wrong or the law requires it.
• Sessions already held (coaching calls, live classes) aren’t refunded once they’ve taken place.

After a refund

Once an order is fully refunded, its access closes.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, not instead of them. If you’re in the EU or UK, the 14-day guarantee is at least as generous as the cancellation right for digital purchases, and you don’t need to give a reason.

Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, including a charge you don’t recognise, please email us first. We’ll fix it faster than a bank dispute can. The charge shows as SOUNDCHECK DEMO.
