Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from soundcheck.funnelr.shop. They’re written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@soundcheck.example.

1. Who we are

Soundcheck (a Funnelr demo) sells online health coaching for musicians at soundcheck.funnelr.shop. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can reach us at hello@soundcheck.example.

2. What you’re buying

• Our products are online health coaching for musicians. Nothing is shipped. Any photos of printed or physical versions are mock-ups unless stated otherwise.
• Everything you bought is on your order page straight after payment (courses open from there), and we email you the link.
• If you lose the link, use “Lost this page?” on the order page or email us.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in USD. At checkout, Stripe may show you the equivalent in your local currency; the amount you confirm there is what you pay.
• One-off items are paid in full when you order; subscriptions start with any free trial shown and are charged when it ends. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

4. Add-ons and one-click offers

• Before you pay, you may be offered an add-on. It’s only included if you choose it.
• After buying, you may be offered other products on a one-off page. If you click “Yes, add it to my order”, we charge the card you just used for the price shown, without asking you to re-enter it. Nothing is charged if you decline or close the page.
• To make this possible, Stripe securely saves your card when you buy. We don’t use it for anything else, and we’ll ask Stripe to remove it on request.

4b. Subscriptions and payment plans

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before. You can cancel any time from the billing link on your order page or in your course area; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• You can update your card, see your invoices and cancel in the billing portal we link to. Stripe processes every payment.

5. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you bought for your own use. Please don’t share your access, or share, resell, upload or republish its content.

6. About the content

Coaching, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.

7. Refunds

Every product has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

8. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and access to them reliable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
